In-house Training: Understanding and practicing Infection Prevention and Control in the dental practice is not only important for patient safety, but a requirement within the AS/NZS 4815 standards. DCNZ Infection Prevention and Control Standards states you must be knowledgeable on infection prevention and control measures, including refresher training at least yearly. This will also cover health and safety requirements for staff having appropriate training.
