This allows standardised training across practices and organisations, regardless s of size and provides a cost effective, time sensitive method  of facilitating compliance.

Mental Health

1 in 4 New Zealand workers will experience mental health difficulties in the next twelve months. As part of the legal requirements  to protect workers, under the HSWA 2015, we focus on prevention and early intervention strategies for organisational mental health.

Infection Control

In practice Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) is for everyone and training is required every 12 months for all staff. On-site, workshops or online. The Dental Council of New Zealand has noted that the IPC knowledge and compliance among practice's is poor. Non-compliance  with the IPC practice Standards is a breach of HSWA 2015.
