We integrate the whole system with the current Legislation, AS/NZS 4815:2006 Office-based health care facilities - Reprocessing of reusable medical and surgical instruments and equipment, and maintenance of the associated environment Standards, Dental Council New Zealand (DCNZ) Standards, and professional codes of practice.

We offer a range of internal & external audits which record the current state of your business (PCBU). This will be done in consultation with Key Staff, Managers & Owners as applicable. This service takes into account the current policy documents, systems and procedures that are in place, as well as the layout, function and risks within the workplace. There is a number of reasons conducting an audit is good for business, objective insight giving an independent unbiased view, can improve efficiency and effectiveness by being able to depend on processes, evaluates risk and protects assets by tracking and documenting any changes and mitigating risks, assesses controls and ensure you comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Clinical Compliance:

NB: Some audits are conducted by an independent business and may incur additional charges unrelated to Practice Safe. All charges will be confirmed before any work is undertaken.

We come from a health care background so when we are compiling your policy documents, templates & other safety products that you might require, we don't over prescribe, and we integrate the whole system with current Legislation, AS/NZS Standards, and professional codes of practice. We explain the policy and the use of all safety materials included and ensure the understanding of each person’s responsibilities under the NZ Health and Safety Legislation.
