Workshops
The Standard MHFA face to face course
Mental health, like physical health, has its ups and downs and having the knowledge to support someone with mental health challenges is a skill that can be learned. This support also ripples into the community, as our workplace Mental Health First Aiders can use this knowledge to support whānau, family, and friends when needed.
For adults (18+ years) who want to support other adults. This two-day face-to-face training equips participants with skills and knowledge across a diverse range of settings and populations.
Workplace MHFA online blended course
Building on the successful Standard MHFA course, this Workplace MHFA course aims to create a mentally healthier workplace by training managers and staff at all levels of the organisation. It involves both in-person and online training.
Additional MHFA workshop Information

participants must be over 18 years of age and is an education workshop, not a course for therapeutic or support group purposes.

we are able to adjust the configuration of the Standard MHFA workshop to better suit your needs, on request.
What you leave with on completion

Accredited MHFA certificate validated for three years, when a refresher course can be done.

Workshop manual with in-depth information covered in the workshop, including a list available resources to assist someone who might be experiencing a mental health challenge.
