2020 and the spread of COVID-19 changed the world and how many of us see ourselves in it. Natural disasters and financial pressure have followed. This created anxiety and uncertainty for many, which has affected how people cope and the demand for mental health services. At PracticeSafe, we take mental health, wellbeing, and early intervention seriously by providing workshops that improve skills to assist with mental health challenges. These workshops not only improve the workplace but also have a ripple effect across whānau, family, and personal relationships.
