With over 30 years of Clinical experience and a passion for helping others, I love the challenge of changing the culture of health, safety and wellness within organisations. By combining my knowledge and experience and incorporating the expertise of our Senior Consultant and 'Partner Assists', we are able to offer a range of services. Resources specific to professional health and wellbeing businesses and consultancy, education and wellness programmes across a broad range of organisations. Always looking to improve, I am currently working on a Masters degree in Social Policy (MSocSc) at the University of Waikato. Providing Health promotion in the community, including Mental Health First Aid Aotearoa across all organisations, and presenting health and safety-focused workshops, project management, training and education.

2020 and the spread of COVID-19 changed the world and how many of us see ourselves in it. Natural disasters and financial pressure have followed. This created anxiety and uncertainty for many, which has affected how people cope and the demand for mental health services. At PracticeSafe, we take mental health, wellbeing, and early intervention seriously by providing workshops that improve skills to assist with mental health challenges. These workshops not only improve the workplace but also have a ripple effect across whānau, family, and personal relationships.
